What kind of training will you get?

All employees are required to have specific safety training and elevated work training. You receive on-the-job training for telecom-specific scopes of work, plus:

Working at heights - Three-day classroom and practical training course from our in-house Gravitec certified trainer to become an authorized climber, and ongoing training to achieve competent climber certification. We
OSHA 10 / 30, First Aid / CPR, RF Awareness Certification, Bloodborne Pathogens Certification, Capstan Rigging and Hoist Training, Manlift Operator Training
We provide the climb gear, PPE and specialty tools, just bring your hand tools (List of tools and gear you are expected to bring to work)
